 You will crawl on your belly, and you will eat dirt all of your life.  I will put enmity between you and the woman, and between your seed and her seed.  He will crush your head, and you will bruise His heel.\u201c (Genesis 3:14-15)<\/b><\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p class=\"chakra-heading bible-dwzh7l\" data-theme=\"light\">To atone for the sins of His people, God required sacrifices.  So all the people had to arrange for a vicarious sacrifice of an innocent animal to be made on their behalf, for the sins that they committed.\u00a0<\/p><p class=\"chakra-heading bible-dwzh7l\" data-theme=\"light\">\u00a0<\/p><p class=\"chakra-text bible-16wqwvw\" data-theme=\"light\"><span class=\"content\">\u201cAnd God said to Aaron, \u2018Come near to the altar and offer your sin offering and your burnt offering and make the rite of atonement for yourself and for the people; also offer the sacrifice of the people and make the rite of atonement for them, as the Lord commanded\u2019\u201d (Leviticus 9:7).<\/span><\/p><p data-theme=\"light\">\u00a0<\/p><div class=\"p\"><span class=\"verse v10\" data-usfm=\"HEB.10.10\"><span class=\"content\">Hebrews 10:10, 11, and 12:<\/span><\/span><\/div><div class=\"p\"><span class=\"verse v10\" data-usfm=\"HEB.10.10\"><span class=\"content\">\u201cBecause of this \u2018will\u2019 we have been purified once and for all by the offering of the body of Jesus Christ.<\/span><\/span><\/div><div class=\"p\"><span class=\"verse v11\" data-usfm=\"HEB.10.11\"><span class=\"label\">11<\/span><span class=\"content\">All priests work daily and offer many times the sacrifices, but they can never take away sins.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><span class=\"verse v12\" data-usfm=\"HEB.10.12\"><span class=\"label\">12<\/span><span class=\"content\">Instead Jesus offered for sins a sacrifice forever, and then sat at the right hand of God;\u201d <strong>a sacrifice forever<\/strong>, and then\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"qt\"><span class=\"content\">sat at the right hand of God;<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/div><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><em>The sacrifice of Jesus Christ has the power to regenerate the human soul and restore it from eternal destruction to eternal paradise.<\/em><\/span><\/p><p data-theme=\"light\">\u00a0<\/p><p data-theme=\"light\">The sacrifice today, however, that God asks of awakened and responsive Christians is the one spoken of in Psalm 51:<strong> <span class=\"content\">\u201cSacrifice to God is a broken spirit;
